Coaching Programs

Coaching is a powerful and resourceful tool to use at different stages of our careers and lives, in particular when we are having a challenge or conflict.

Conflict and challenges are a natural part of life and business. In fact, for organizations, it is often a catalyst for change and innovation. The reality is that everyone experiences challenges or conflicts at some point in their lives, what makes the difference is how we choose to react and how we go about resolving the issue.

A coach is an excellent resource for employees and leaders to strengthen their skills and for creatively resolving specific situations such as workplace conflicts, bullying, harassment etc. This additional resource can also be extremely effective after a complaint process has been completed.

Our program assesses both the organization and the individual’s goals to co-create a coaching plan that will work with perceptions, assumptions, beliefs and start the shift to a higher level of competence. There is often a positive ripple effect in the workplace beyond the individuals involved in the coaching sessions.
