Our program will include our successful strategies in effectively managing complaints, conducting effective investigations while maintaining a healthy workplace. We will explore the nature of conflict and the 3 keys for resolution, how leaders can be more effective in the early stages and how to protect the health of the organization while conducting an investigation. This program is intended for leaders and HR.

Our program builds healthy professional relationships and trusting work environments; we explore our unhealthy perceptions and beliefs causing barriers and how we can shift to a healthier workplace with smarter decision making skills. We have programs for employees and leaders.

Transforming Conflicts in the Workplace

Our program will include our successful strategies in effectively managing conflict for employees, leaders and teams. We will explore the sources of conflict and preventative strategies, early resolution strategies and advanced tools to use when faced with high conflict situations. We have programs for employees and leaders.

The workshop was excellent and very appropriate to our needs; some very helpful tips in prevention and effectively managing these difficult and complex cases. Both Sue’s facilitation style and the workshop content were received very positively by all who attended as was evidenced by the feedback I received. She was very welcoming and made the participants feel at ease and open to share their questions and concerns on such a delicate subject.
