Workplace Assessments and Investigations

Workplace or Conflict Assessments is an effective strategic tool to clearly uncover the roots of what is working well, what could be better and to gather new solutions. This is particularly effective if there has been a great deal of change in the work environment.  Our assessment report will identify the nature and levels of existing challenges & conflicts; root causes; employee’s views for solutions & building trust;  strategies for lasting solutions; specific alternative dispute vehicles or processes and other recommendations.

Investigations are an effective and required tool when there is a specific complaint, especially with harassment & bullying and a need to manage corporate liability.  We specialize in Ontario’s OHSA Act Bills 168 & 132, federal and provincial acts, discrimination and harassment in the workplace. A written report will be issued including the investigation findings, conclusions and recommendations for next steps.
